• In 2008 started soliciting business in France from San Francisco Offices.
• Sept. 2008 moved to France for a 3-month trial period to test the French market by organizing live seminars with the support of local Introducing brokers. Lead to account conversion rate at seminars operated at a 30% conversion rate.
• Currently heading the Paris branch, responsibilities include:
-lead generation via strategic marketing (online, radio print and TV media)
- Sales performance and volume generation. Hiring/training - General Staff Management (from hiring to training and monitoring performance).
• Since opening (2 years ago), Business/Volume in France quadrupled with a sales efficiency operating at a 14% conversion rate (lead to client).
• Developed local partnerships with IBs Equity brokers and banks.
• Developed an extensive advertising network with local trading shows, radio/TV and local prints.

Résumé de la mission :
• Drive sales for FXCM’s Retail and Institutional products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Develop new opportunities within existing client base
• Use an intelligent soft sales approach to communicate the benefits of FXCM, our electronic trading platform, and the FX market to prospective clients
• Discuss the financial markets including FX and Major Stock Indices
• Provide support for self-trading FX clients from all over the world

After 1 year as a sales broker at FXCM, San Francisco (USA), and because of my outstanding performance, I was assigned to develop FXCM business in France and to eventually open an FXCM subsidiary which I would lead if business developed. I started in Sept 2008 exploring the French market in parallel to completing my Master degree at ESCP business school. Because of the hard work and marketing strategy I deployed, I developed enough business to justify the set up of a FXCM subsidiary in Paris. In December 2008, I was appointed to set up the office and develop FXCM business in France including: establishing (legal), renting and setting up the office, hiring and training the new staff, marketing and developing the business.
