- In charge of managing and developing all company activities in the Northern African Countries.

- RESPONSABILITIES
• Managing and develops the business in Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco as a Business Development Manager Northern Africa.
• Was responsible for the initial Launching of operations in Algeria and Morocco based on our first contracts signed.
• Directly Managing the Tunisian operations as a General Manager with all responsibilities of this position (Operations, Finance, HR, etc.).
• Plans, organizes, addresses and manages all the activities of the affiliate
• Identifies and recommends the short, medium and long-term business strategies in the affiliate, including acquisition strategies.
• Prepares and is in charge of the unit’s plan and budgets
• Plans and directs the organization’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and business performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence
• Participates actively in the sales process (acquisition of new customers), keeps close relationships with the top management of major customers
• Works actively with other divisions of the Cegedim group, developing strategies of mutual interest and identifying opportunities to cross-sell to customers
• Monitors, measures and reports to Cegedim Corporate on operational activities and issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements in the agreed format and within deadlines.
• Recruits, manages, trains and motivates the staff according to the company procedures, policy and employment law identifying and developing necessary core competences

• Ensures that the activities meet high level of customer service requirements

• Reviews, proposes and validates the services price list (current or new) with the Area Director, the International Sales and Customer Services Departments

• Maintains and sets appropriate systems and tools to assess the necessary aspects of business performance and development

• Maintains and develops an organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all the staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory / official bodies in compliance with laws and/or regulations in the country
